This page was developed to help the residents of Warren County through the Disaster Recovery process. Please check this page often to view updates and important information from Warren County, New Jersey State Police and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
Beginning Wednesday, Aug. 23, SBA customer service representatives will be on hand at a Disaster Loan Outreach Center located in the Warren County Library’s Richard D. Gardner Branch to answer questions about SBA’s disaster loan program, explain the application process and help each individual complete the application.
Located at 2 Shotwell Drive, Belvidere (off Route 519 in White Township), the center will open at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 23. Subsequent hours will be Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The center will be closed on Sundays, and closed on Saturday, Sept. 2 and Monday, Sept. 4, in observance of the Labor Day holiday.

- Reporting Damage: To report damage caused by the storm, please use https://damagenj-njoem.hub.arcgis.com/. NOTE: Be sure to keep all of your receipts relating to the July Severe storm and flooding event!
